You received a key and card upon check-in. Your card gives you access to the main entrance of the building and to the garage door.
Tarnovgrad Apartments has an underground garage, with enough parking spots for our guests. Access to each garage cell is organized with buttons.
Tarnovgrad Apartments is located in an extremely quiet and peaceful area. We ask you to comply with this and keep the peace of your neighbors, by not organizing noisy gatherings and parties.
Although we love animals, we would not be able to offer accommodation for your pets.
The building has a spacious elevator that provides easy access to all floors.
There is a wireless Internet network on the territory of the entire building - Tarnovgrad clients.
Smoking is only possible on the balconies and terraces of the units.
For a longer period of accommodation, do not hesitate to contact us to organize cleaning of the apartment you have rented.
There is also a small gym at your disposal, which is located on level -1 /right of the lift/. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the gym.

Welcome to our inner courtyard, which has a neat gazebo. There you can enjoy the birdsong while drinking your morning coffee.
The jewel of Tarnovgrad Apartments is the panoramic terrace, which offers great view of Tsarevets and Sveta Gora Park. From there you can observe the audio-visual spectacle "Sound and Light".

Guests who behave in bad faith should leave the hotel, as they violate the internal rules!

If there isn't any smoke, leave the room as soon as possible, towards the emergency exit.
Walk closer to the walls and bent over.

Go back in your room. If there is thick smoke in the corridor, the safest place for you is your room.
Seal the door with wet towels, sheets and other tissues.
Plug all holes with wet tissues.
Remove all the hangings from the windows!
Fill the sink with water,so you can quickly wet the tissues. If necessary fill buckets with water!
Call us that you're in your room or call the fire department!
Signalize for your presence in your room by waving a towel from your balcony.

Stand under a table or a desk, away from the windows!
